Την Τρίτη, 6 Δεκεμβρίου, καλεσμένος στον HELLAS FM για την εκπομπή του Mount Sinai με την Φαίη Κοζά ήταν ο παγκοσμίως διακεκριμένος ωτορινολαρυγγολόγος Dr. Alfred Marc Iloreta.
Η εκπομπή κάλυψε μία ευρεία κλίμακα θεμάτων όσον αφορά τους διάφορους τύπους κεφαλαλγίας.  Συγκεκριμένα, ο γιατρός αναφέρθηκε στην πρωτοπαθή κεφαλαλγία, όπως η ημικρανία, και στην δευτεροπαθή, που μπορεί να οφείλεται σε υποκείμενη νόσο. 
Σημαντικό είναι να εξακριβώσει ο γιατρός τις αιτίες.  Ενδιαφέρον προκάλεσε η αναφορά του γιατρού στην συσχέτιση μεταξύ κατάθλιψης και ημικρανίας, αφού η ημικρανία είναι συνηθισμένη πάθηση στα άτομα που παρουσιάζουν άγχος. Στην συνέχεια της εκπομπής, ο Dr. Iloreta αναφέρθηκε επίσης στον πονοκέφαλο ρινικών κόλπων και στην χειρουργική που
εφαρμόζεται για την βελτίωση της πάθησης.  Όπως πάντα, οι ακροατές έλαβαν συμμετοχή με τις εύστοχες ερωτήσεις τους.

On Tuesday, December 6, Dr. Alfred Marc Iloreta, a highly distinguished otolaryngologist, was the guest on the Mount Sinai Medical Show hosted by FayKozas.
The doctor focused on one of the most common problems many people complain about, headaches, and covered a vast array of headaches, such as a primary headache
or migraine and a secondary headache which can be due to an underlying condition.  Of utmost significance is that the doctor determine the root cause.
Dr. Iloreta also discussed the link between depression and migraine headaches, as people with migraines tend to exhibit episodes of depression.
In the course of the presentation, Dr. Iloreta also referred to sinus headaches and informed the audience about the surgical treatment mode available.
