On Tuesday, September 17, Dr. Reade DeLeacy was the distinguished guest on the Mount Sinai Medical Show hosted by Fay Kozas.  Dr. DeLeacy spoke about hemorrhagic strokes.  The doctor itemized the risk factors and causes and stressed the importance of reducing those risk factors that can be changed
by implementing lifestyle changes and taking medications.  Dr. DeLeacy also informed the worldwide audience about the Cerebrovascular Stroke Center at Mount Sinai Queens,
a state-of-the-art center and the only one of its kind in the U.S., where imaging and treatment can occur in the same room, resulting in enhanced efficacy, speed and quality to improve outcomes.

Dr. DeLeacy is Director of Neurointerventional Spine and Co-Director, Neuroendovascular Surgery Fellowship.
The doctor is Assistant Professor of Neurosurgery and Radiology at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai.
