Την Τρίτη, 10 Ιουλίου, εκλεκτός καλεσμένος στην εκπομπή του Νοσοκομείου Mount Sinai με την Φαίη Κοζά ήταν ο παγκοσμίως διακεκριμένος γιατρός Dr. J. Mocco. 
Ο γιατρός μίλησε για τα εγκεφαλικά επεισόδια και για τις εξελίξεις της ιατρικής στον χώρο θεραπείας.  Συγκεκριμένα, Ο Dr. Mocco ενημέρωσε τους ακροατές για το σύστημα αναρρόφησης
θρόμβου, το οποίο λειτουργεί σαν χωνευτήρι για να αφαιρέσει τον θρόμβο, εφεύρεση του γιατρού και της ομάδας του.  Σημαντικό είναι να μειωθούν οι παράγοντες όπως η υψηλή αρτηριακή πίεση και
οι καρδιαγγειακές παθήσεις.

Ο Dr. Mocco είναι Αντιπρόεδρος Νευροχειρουργικής και Διευθυντής Εγκεφαλοαγγειακού Κέντρου στο Σύστημα Mount Sinai.
Ο γιατρός είναι Χειρούργος και Καθηγητής Νευροχειρουργικής στην Ιατρική Σχολή Άϊκαν του Νοσοκομείου Mount Sinai.

On Tuesday, July 10th, Dr. J. Mocco was the distinguished guest on the Mount Sinai Medical Show hosted by FayKozas. 
The doctor spoke about strokes and the breakthroughs in treatments.  Specifically, Dr. Mocco informed the audience about the clot-aspiration system that acts like a vacuum to retrieve and remove the clot,
a new approach in treatment, designed by the doctor and his team.  In closing, Dr. Mocco mentioned that it is important for certain risk factors to be controlled, such as high blood pressure
and cardiovascular disease.

Dr. Mocco is Vice Chair of Neurosurgery and Director of the Cerebrovascular Center at the Mount Sinai Health System. 
The doctor is a Cerebrovascular and Endovascular Surgeon and Professor of Neurosurgery at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai.
